Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
